Terms of Use

CampCircle is intended for adult account holders, or people who are otherwise legally able to manage family information. The adult submitting family, child nickname, camp, invite, or sharing information represents that they are authorized to do so.

CampCircle does not provide child accounts and is not designed for child-directed interaction.

Account holders are responsible for keeping sign-in access secure and account information accurate. Do not misuse the service, harass others, scrape data, attempt unauthorized access, or use CampCircle to identify children outside the parent-led planning context.

CampCircle may suspend or terminate access for misuse or unsafe behavior during the limited alpha.

Camp plans are private by default. Parents decide whether to share a plan with a trusted circle, and circle membership alone does not reveal private plans.

Shared plans from another family are read-only context. Parents remain responsible for their own sharing decisions.

CampCircle is not a camp operator. Camp details, availability, suitability, registration, safety, pricing, and schedules must be independently verified with the relevant camp or provider.

CampCircle may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued during limited alpha. Future changes to these terms will update the effective date.
