CampCircle is operated by CampCircle LLC, based in California.

CampCircle is an adult-led family summer-planning and coordination service currently in controlled beta. These terms describe the responsibilities and limitations of using the current service.

CampCircle is intended for adult account holders, or people who are otherwise legally able to manage the family information they provide. By providing family or child information, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

CampCircle does not provide child accounts and is not directed to children as account holders. Adults manage their family's child profiles, plans, and sharing choices.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in access secure and for the accuracy of information you provide. An email sign-in link signs you in; it does not accept an invitation to join a family. Accepting a family invitation is a separate action.

Do not misuse CampCircle, harass others, scrape the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use information from CampCircle to identify children outside the intended parent-planning context. CampCircle may suspend or terminate access for misuse or unsafe behavior during controlled beta.

Members of the same family workspace can access and help manage its private planning information. Admins have additional family and access-management responsibilities that Parents do not. Inviting a co-parent into your family workspace is different from connecting two separate workspaces through Trusted Families or a trusted circle.

Plans are private to your family by default. Selecting a child for sharing with a circle or Trusted Family can share that child's eligible plans through the selected relationship. Individual plans can remain private through plan-level exceptions. Eligible future-season plans become visible when their season becomes active; external access to a summer's shared plans ends after September 30 of that year. These sharing limits do not delete your family's history or automatically end memberships.

Circle membership or a Trusted Family connection alone does not expose every private plan or private child-profile field. Plans shared by another family remain read-only. Parents are responsible for the information they enter, the people they invite, and their sharing choices. Limited circle or inviting-family information may be visible to someone holding a valid join or connection link before sign-in.

CampCircle is not a camp operator. Parents should independently verify camp details, exact dates, eligibility, availability, suitability, safety, registration requirements, and pricing with the provider.

Camp Ideas uses private interests and available program information, with conservative age or grade checks and optional geography filters. Suggestions and familiar overlap are planning aids, not a guarantee of eligibility, availability, safety, suitability, or provider endorsement. Uncertain or incomplete information may require your confirmation. Approximate distances are not driving distances or travel times.

Leaving a family removes your membership access while keeping the workspace for remaining members, subject to last-Admin and sole-member safeguards. Delete family is an eligible Admin's irreversible-in-app archive and access-removal action, not complete erasure of every family record. It requires one remaining active member and resolution of active ordinary-circle ownership.

To close your account, you must have no active family memberships. Closing your account ends your access to CampCircle. You cannot reopen it in the app. Your sign-in record and some family and activity history remain stored; closure is not complete data erasure. CampCircle may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued during controlled beta. These terms may be updated as the service develops; published revisions will identify their effective date.
